2009 FISTS EAST ASIA QSO PARTY Rules

It has been five years since FISTS East Asia was established on March 28, 2004, and we have decided that we are going to have a QSO party for celebrating. We are pleased to announce that the FEA QSO Party will be held at the end of March 2009.

1. Purpose: To form friendship with as many members as possible.
2. Mode: CW Only.
3. Date and Period: begins 0000UTC March 28, ends 2359UTC March 29
4. Bands: 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, and 10 meters. Please call near regular FEA calling frequencies:
   7.026/7.028, 10.118/10.138, 14.058, 18.085, 21.058/21.138, 24.918 and 28.058/28.158MHz.
   On 80m, between 3.500 and 3.525MHz.
5. Call: CQ FISTS PTY
6. Exchange: FEA members exchange RST, Name, and FISTS number with ALL FISTS members.
   Other chapters members exchange RST, Name, and FISTS number with FEA members.
   In addition to the exchange, let's enjoy talking.
7. Scoring: This QSO party is not a contest. There are no points scored.
8. Reporting: So that we can summarize the overall results, send your log till April 29 to:
